Q: What's the Cost of Postage?
Standard Shipping: FREE
We ship all orders FREE worldwide with standard shipping. 1-3 weeks delivery time to US, Canada, Europe and Australia. All other countries expect 1-5 week delivery time. Delays may occur depending on time of year etc.
Priority Shipping: $9.99 USD or FREE for all orders over $100
We ship all priority orders worldwide within a 7 day delivery period.
Q: When is My Order Shipping?
All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.
Q: Why Haven't I Received a Tracking Number?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it is shipped. If you have not received an email with in three business days after placing your order, please contact us here.
Q: Can I Cancel My Order After You've Shipped It?
We are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped. Once received, it may be eligible for a return.

Q: What's Your Return Policy?
Luminesk provides a 14 day returns policy. We are not obligated to offer you a full refund or exchange If you contact us 14 days after receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

Q: Why is My Tracking Number Invalid?
When shipping items from international suppliers, it takes several days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS website.
Q: Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
We have several warehouses internationally. If the item you have purchased is not in stock at the same warehouse, your items may be shipped separately. We aim to ship and deliver your items at a similar time frame.
