Free Shipping Thresholds

If you are within the U.S and your order is over $75 USD, your order will be shipped free.

If you are outside of the U.S and your order is over $100 USD your order will be shipped free.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing times: Between 1-2 business days, 3-4 business days during peak seasons.

Delivery times with in the United States: 3-8 business days, unless the item is on back order, in which case it will take 4-6 weeks.

Delivery times to Canada, Europe and Australia: 4-10 business days, however due to COVID-19 expect delays in the 2-6 week range.

All other countries expect 1-6 week delivery time.

Minor delays may occur depending on time of year and demand.

Custom Charges and International Taxes

If you pay for international shipping it also includes customs fees, so you will not need to pay customs for your order when it arrives.

Free international shipping does not include customs fees, so you may be charged for customs fees on orders that we ship free..

If your home country does charge you a tax or customs charge upon arrival in your country, it is your responsibility to pay for this charge.

If you choose not to pay for this customs tax, the package will be returned back to us. 

Once the package is returned we can issue a full refund, minus the return processing fee and return cost of shipment back to us.

Do You Ship to My Country?

We ship to most countries excluding United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

Insured Shipping

Insured shipping is automatically applied to all orders.

Terms and Conditions

Parcels are covered from the point DHL or Fedex receives the shipment (California, United States) until the point of delivery, up to the value of $100.

This insurance covers packages that are lost during transit. If it does not arrive with in 30-45 days after the shipment date, we will send out a replacement package free of charge. It is not until the 30-45 days have passed that we able to issue a replacement.

Please note, your parcel is not covered after your tracking has updated as delivered. Luminesk will not issue a replacement or refund under these circumstances as a claim is not accepted by the courier after delivery.

After delivery, if your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a police report to locate your stolen package.
